1. Introduction
Welcome to TheRostr. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services at get.therostr.com, which facilitates introductions between talent agencies and potential creators.

2. Services Offered: 
Name of service: "Expand"
Description: We provide as service to help managers and agencies connect with creators interested in management agreements. Our service includes custom scouting, pre-screening, and introductions to qualified creators.

3. Fees and Payment

• Monthly/Quarterly Recurring Fee: You agree to pay a recurring fee, billed monthly or quarterly as selected, as detailed on our pricing page.
• Success Fee: If you sign an agreement with a creator introduced by us, you must inform us within 5 business days, and a success fee will be invoiced accordingly
• Payment Terms: Payments are due according to the terms stated at the time of billing.

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly payments will end following the conclusion of the current monthly period. For quarterly subscriptions, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current quarter. Please note that any success fees for contracts finalized with creators we introduced, before your cancellation, will still need to be settled.

5. No Obligation to Contract
While we introduce you to creators, you are under no obligation to enter into any agreement with them.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of your information and to protecting it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through arbitration in the jurisdiction of Estonia. 

8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided via our platform or email.
